SMS Terms

Tommer Power Washing offers optional service-related SMS communications to customers and prospective customers who explicitly opt in. Messages may include quotes and quote links, customer support replies, scheduling and appointment confirmations or reminders, on-my-way and service updates, invoices or payment links, receipts, service-related follow-ups, and requests for feedback or reviews after service.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and services. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not required to request a quote or purchase services.

Opt in and opt out

You may opt in by explicitly agreeing after we explain the messaging program during a phone or in-person conversation. We document your choice. Submitting our website quote form or entering a phone number does not grant SMS consent.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive an opt-out confirmation and no further messages from the program unless you opt in again. Reply START to resume after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact tommerpowerwashing@gmail.com or (216) 633-1147.

Delivery and privacy

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not promise immediate delivery. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information and SMS permission.

Website and service requests

Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, price or service contract. We will discuss your property and provide the applicable quote and service terms separately. Please provide accurate information and do not submit unlawful or abusive content.
