Information we collect

When you request service or communicate with Tommer Power Washing, we collect information you provide, such as your name, phone number, property address, requested services, project details, and your communication preferences. Service records may also contain quotes, appointments, invoices, payments, notes and property photos. Our hosting and communication providers may process technical information needed to operate, secure and deliver these services, such as network identifiers and delivery records. Address autocomplete is provided through Google Maps/Places and can be bypassed by entering your address manually.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to requests, prepare quotes, schedule and perform exterior-cleaning work, communicate about services, maintain business records, and protect our systems. SMS is optional. Providing a phone number or requesting a quote does not by itself authorize service texts.

SMS privacy and service providers

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use providers for hosting, secure record storage, email and text delivery, and other operational services. They may process information necessary to perform those services for us. SMS consent information is used to manage your preferences and deliver authorized communications; it is not shared for third-party marketing.

Choices, retention and security

Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to update your information or preferences. We retain service and communication records as needed to operate our business, document consent, satisfy recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. We use safeguards intended to protect private records, but no transmission or storage method is guaranteed secure.
